Experiences Born from Our Practice

Our workshops and retreats are not drawn from a fixed catalogue. They take shape through shared interests, inspiring encounters and requests from those who have experienced the Restorative Journey.

Whether it’s a day exploring healthy, delicious cooking or a few days dedicated to mindfulness and presence, each experience has its own rhythm, purpose and character.

What they all share is an intimate, small-group setting that encourages connection, exploration and learning.

You may join us after a Restorative Journey retreat, to build on what you’ve discovered, or simply because a particular practice sparks your curiosity. No previous retreat experience is needed.

You can learn more about our co-founders on the About Us page.

The Restorative Journey

Continuing the Journey

Many of our workshops have grown out of the Restorative Journey and reflect its philosophy: nourishing food that supports vitality, and practices that help sustain the positive changes initiated during the retreat.

For those who have already experienced the Restorative Journey, they offer an opportunity to reconnect with what they have discovered and continue exploring. For newcomers, they provide a wonderful introduction to its spirit and approach.
