Sabrina Alberti and Laura Stella Costanzo offer a seminar-workshop that combines nourishment for the mind and for the body.
On the main menu: the practice of Qi Gong and yoga, an invitation to awaken the senses through movement, enhanced by Ayurvedic cooking and the secrets of the six Ayurvedic tastes used to prepare the dishes.
The pleasure of moving, cooking and sharing together.

Led by Sabrina Alberti, FSP psychologist, and Laura Stella Costanzo, ASCA-accredited Ayurveda practitioner (massage, emotional support, assessments, lifestyle, nutrition).
