SoinSanté

About us

SoinSanté was founded in January 2021 by three psychologists affiliated with the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP) and specialising in psychotraumatology: Sabrina Alberti, Thérèse Cuttelod and Laurence de Vargas Oddo.

Drawing on extensive experience in clinical practice, teaching and psychological support in the field, they joined forces to accompany individuals and organisations through times of crisis, transition and personal transformation.

Our approach

What Brings Us Together

We share a common foundation in Somatic Experiencing®, a body-oriented approach to trauma developed by Peter Levine. This training brings together our complementary professional backgrounds, from individual therapeutic work to psychological support in the field.

Psychotraumatology lies at the heart of our practice. We understand the impact of potentially traumatic experiences through the interconnected roles of the body, emotions, nervous system and personal meaning.

Our approach is grounded in extensive clinical experience and enriched by a range of complementary practices, including body-oriented and energy-based approaches.

Together, we support individuals, families, groups and organisations through:

Physiotherapist · FSP Psychologist · FSP-Certified in Psychological First Aid · Somatic Experiencing® and SOMA-Embodiment® Practitioner · Federally Certified Adult Educator

Originally trained as a physiotherapist, Sabrina Alberti went on to study psychology at the University of Geneva. Throughout her career, she has sought to bridge the physical and psychological dimensions of health. Her clinical experience in rehabilitation reinforced her conviction that the body and mind are deeply interconnected in the process of recovery.

For many years, she worked in the field of psychological first aid in the canton of Valais. Today, she accompanies individuals facing stress, trauma and health-related challenges, drawing on an integrative approach that combines psychological expertise with body-oriented practices.

Her professional journey has also led her to explore education, mindfulness, Tai Chi and Qi Gong, as well as energy-based approaches. She holds a diploma in energy medicine from the Four Winds school, founded by psychologist and anthropologist Dr Alberto Villoldo.

Her clinical approach is grounded in the understanding that lasting change involves the whole person, including the body, emotions, nervous system and psychological experience. She combines evidence-based psychotherapeutic methods with complementary body-oriented approaches, adapting her work to each individual’s needs and circumstances.

Her interest in integrative approaches also led her to train in energy medicine at the Four Winds school, founded by psychologist and anthropologist Dr Alberto Villoldo.

The team

The people by our side

The Restorative Journey Team

For each Restorative Journey, the three co-founders bring together a multidisciplinary team of practitioners specialising in traditional Chinese medicine, osteopathy, physiotherapy, energy medicine, Ayurveda and healthy cuisine.

For CellGym® sessions, they work in close collaboration with the CEO of CellGym®, bringing first-hand expertise to the retreat.

The richness of the retreat lies in the diversity and complementarity of these approaches, thoughtfully brought together and coordinated by the three FSP psychologists.

The Psychological First Aid Team

Some critical incidents require the involvement of several psychologists at the same time. To meet these needs, the three co-founders draw on a trusted network of more than 15 psychologists specialising in psychological first aid across French-speaking Switzerland, with whom they regularly collaborate.

Depending on the nature and scale of each situation, the appropriate professionals are mobilised, while the co-founders oversee and coordinate the intervention.
