Our chef will be introducing us to his skills during the cooking workshop organised as part of the Regeneration Cure offered afterwards in Magnano.

After working for some of Europe's finest chefs and opening his own restaurant in the South of France, Alex decided to devote himself to sharing his secrets through cooking for private individuals. His assignments have taken him all over the world, from Monaco and the Côte d'Azur to Thailand and Magnano!

His creativity and skills enable him to dance with flavours, foods and spices while respecting the rules that promote good health. He'll be there to share them with you.

The price of the stay includes accommodation in a room with private bathroom and a light breakfast, respecting the rules of intermittent nutrition proposed during the Holistic Health Week.

The workshop and its dynamics

• Check-in from Saturday afternoon to Sunday 10 am.
• Saturday evening : Free evening, excluding classes
• Sunday and Monday:
  • self-service breakfast
  • 10-12 am : Cooking classes and lunch preparation
  • 12:30 pm : Lunch time!
  • 2-4:30 pm : Free time with the possibility of massages or energy sessions (not included in the course package)
  • 4:30-6:30 pm : Cooking class and evening meal preparation
  • 7 pm : Evening meal
• Check-out : Tuesday morning after breakfast
